What does a "Divvy Home" look like?

Here’s our criteria for move-in ready homes that are eligible for the Divvy program. We help you find well-built, move-in ready single-family homes that have been well maintained by its previous owners.

Every customer will have a different view on what a “Home” means to them.  We highly recommend all customers visit a  home in-person before initiating an offer to ensure it’s a home that they can see themselves in.
