Resident Info
Who pays the utilities?
The customer owns the responsibility of utility transfer and payment. When an owner account is required by the utility provider, the resident is still responsible for paying the utility directly. Divvy is responsible for providing ownership documentation to the utility provider but the resident is responsible for setting up utility accounts and paying the utility provider directly.
