Who pays the property taxes, homeowners insurance and HOA dues?
Divvy is responsible for paying property taxes and homeowners insurance. HOA dues are included in the customer’s monthly payment and the dues are remitted to the HOA by Divvy.
Please note HOA dues can be wrong on the MLS. If Divvy goes under contract on a home with incorrect HOA dues, then Divvy will need to update the customer’s monthly payment to include HOA dues before we close on the home.
