Resident Info
Who is responsible for repair costs should they occur during the Divvy lease?
Divvy covers all structural repairs and necessary maintenance to ensure the home is safe and habitable; for example, roofing, foundation, electrical systems, etc.
Divvy does not cover anything cosmetic, including but not limited to painting, carpeting, landscaping, or kitchen and laundry appliances. If the customer is in need of any repairs or maintenance, the customer may directly submit a maintenance request to us through the Divvy Portal. (See instructions here.)
