Why is the home inspection important?
The home inspection is a critical part of the home purchase process to make sure that the home has been well cared-for and is ready for occupancy. This is our opportunity to identify quality concerns and defects and bring them to the seller’s attention to address.
Our inspectors and negotiators are trained to inspect and identify problems with critical systems, including: life safety systems, heating & cooling, structural, electrical, plumbing, and roofs.
