Who addresses the repairs identified during the Divvy Home Quality Evaluation?
Divvy will present the list of repair requests to the Seller after the inspection. The Seller has two options: provide Divvy with a credit to complete the repairs after closing, or refuse the repair requests.
In many cases, the Seller will offer partial credit or repairs. Divvy will prioritize the repairs and negotiate with the Seller. Repairs where credits are received will be completed after closing, and typically within 21 days after the close date.
