How does a customer get pre-qualified for Divvy?
We invite the customer to visit our site at www.divvyhomes.com and find out if they’re pre-qualified in minutes. We invite your customer to visit our site at www.divvyhomes.com and find out if they’re pre-qualified. The application is free and takes just a few minutes to complete. If they get pre-qualified they are most likely a great fit for our program.
The full application process includes customers filling in the application form and uploading income documentation and identification documents. Once we receive a completed application, our underwriting process typically takes around 48-72 hours.
