How do I initiate an offer when the property does not come up in the portal?

The property my client is interested in is not on the Divvy Search page

If a property that your client is interested in does not populate in your Agent Portal, please send an email to, a text to our main line 1(833) 600-0096, or contact your Divvy representative directly to look into the issue.


If the portal indicates a home is not eligible for Divvy, please contact us to verify this as it could potentially be an error. If the home is off-market, a brand new listing, new construction, coming soon, or FSBO, we may need to add it to the system and will request any additional information needed from you.
