Resident Info
Why did my AutoPayment fail?
We receive payment failure reasons from our third party processor, Stripe. You will see the failure reason in the card at the top of your resident portal.
If you are confused by the failure reason, your bank or card provider is often the best resource for understanding failures in more detail.
What happens if my payment didn’t process on the scheduled date and I receive no failure message?
This is likely due to having a bank account set as default without it being verified. This happens when you added your bank account manually, but never finished verification.
If you have very recently added your account, remember that micro-deposits can take 3-5 days to show on your account – which means you will have to wait to verify.
