When will I find out if I am eligible to renew?
My lease is expiring, when should I expect a renewal offer?
Those eligible to renew will receive an email from Divvy Homes at least 90 days before their lease expiration. Those who are automatically approved will receive their updated rental pricing and updated buyback pricing (if the renewal offer is for a rent-to-own lease).
- 90 days prior: Renewal offer is sent to residents
- 30 days prior: Final day to sign a lease or designate your home for non-renewal
