When is Divvy rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of the month.

An on-time payment is any full payment submitted on or before the first of each month and successfully clears on the first try. 

If Divvy auto-debits your payment and it bounces back due to insufficient funds to clear, it will put your account into late payment status unless we receive your total monthly payment by the 5th of the month.
