What should I do once I have been pre-approved for a mortgage?
Next steps after pre-approval.
Starting your buyback process is easy! Just follow the 2 steps outlined below.
- Send the following items to residents@divvyhomes.com:
- Your pre-approval letter
- Signed borrower's authorization form (or certification and authorization)
- Your loan officer’s contact information (name, email, phone)
- Confirm the title company/closing attorney you will be using for the transaction
From there, the Divvy buybacks team will reach out with a copy of the purchase agreement to kick off the purchase process.
