What if my financing falls through while I am purchasing the home from Divvy?
You are not obligated to move forward with closing on the home. You will remain subject to the terms and conditions of your lease agreement. Once you secure financing, you are welcome to restart the purchasing process by submitting a pre-approval letter and a signed borrower’s authorization form to Divvy at least 90 days prior to your lease end.
