How does Divvy Rentals work?
What if I want to purchase the Divvy Home without my co-applicant?
If you have a co-applicant on the lease agreement and only one of you will be purchasing the home, then both you and your co-applicant must sign an Assignment and Transfer Agreement to transfer the rights to purchase the home and the savings to the person who is purchasing the home.
