What happens if I choose not to buy the home at the end of the lease agreement?
If you choose not to buy the home at the end of the lease, you will keep all of your initial payment (typically 1-2% of the initial purchase price) and monthly savings contributions minus 2% of the initial purchase price of the home and any outstanding fees and payments owed to Divvy (such as delinquent rent payments, costs related to departure of the customer, and/or costs related to the condition of the home, etc.). Please refer to your lease agreement for terms of move-outs.
