How does Divvy Rentals work?
What happens if I choose not to buy the home at the end of the lease agreement?
If you choose not to buy the home at the end of the 3-year lease, you will keep all of your initial payment (typically 1-2% of the initial purchase price) and monthly savings contributions minus 2% of the initial purchase price of the home and any outstanding fees and payments owed to Divvy (such as delinquent rent payments, costs related to departure of the customer, and/or costs related to the condition of the home, etc.). Please refer to your lease agreement for terms of move-outs.
