What happens on the day of closing?
Your lender will advise what mortgage related paperwork you need to sign, while the title company or closing attorney will confirm the time and location for signing the closing paperwork. Divvy will be working with your lender and chosen title company as a mail-away seller. This means that Divvy will be signing any necessary paperwork remotely and provide any required instructions to them ahead of time. Any notarized documents will be sent via registered/tracked mail to the title company or lender.
