What is Divvy's Lease Renewal Policy?

Can I qualify for a renewal once my lease expires?

Divvy aims to retain residents who haven't met their financial goals or are not ready to exercise their Option to Purchase by renewing their lease. Residents who are in good standing (please see eligibility criteria) within 90 days of their current lease expiration will be provided with an option to renew their lease for a new 12-month period.

 

To renew your lease with Divvy, you must meet the following criteria:

  • No rent delinquencies within the last 3 months when the renewal is offered
  • A zero dollar balance at the time of renewal offer
  • No outstanding compliance violations, HOA violations, or utility bills
  • No history of criminal activity at the property or while a Divvy resident
  • No history of abuse towards Divvy employees or vendors
