What is included in the monthly Divvy rent payment?
Your total monthly payment to Divvy has two components–monthly rent and savings contribution.
The rent component works just like a typical rental lease.
If you’re on a fixed savings plan with Divvy, your monthly Divvy Savings contributions are built-in to your total monthly payment to help you reach your savings goal and help get you ready to buy the home in 3 years.
If you’re on a flexible savings plan with Divvy, your monthly savings contributions are flexible, so you can save at your own pace and buy the home when you’re ready.
