How do I start the process of purchasing my Divvy home?
You will be able to start the purchasing process once you have been pre-approved by a lender.* Once you have your signed borrower authorization (or sometimes called the certification and authorization form), email the document to operations@divvyhomes.com with your Divvy address in the subject line and your lender’s contact information (name, email, and phone number).
If you have questions about finding a lender, please feel free to email us at operations@divvyhomes.com.
*Depending on your lender and/or anticipated loan type, your lender and/or loan requirements (for example, FHA, VA and other government-backed loans) may require you to live in the home for three to six months before closing on your purchase of the home. Please consult with your lender to determine any lender and/or loan occupancy requirements.
