Your Divvy portal (www.divvyhomes.com/portal) provides a real-time percentage estimate of your total savings in your home based on the home’s value to date.
You will need to know your cash savings balance when you begin conversations with your mortgage lender. To obtain your current cash savings balance, please send an email your request to operations@divvyhomes.com.
