Do I need to notify my real estate agent about the buyback?

You do not need to notify your Divvy agent about buying back your Divvy home. Because you have already signed an agreement on the purchase price and have the exclusive rights to purchase during your 36-month lease, you do not need to involve an agent. Your buyback price is pre-negotiated and does not include an agent’s commission. This helps keep your buyback costs low. Should you choose to work with an agent, you're more than welcome to do so, but please be advised that Divvy will not cover any agent-related commissions or closing costs.
