Are there any inspection requirements?
Some loans (i.e. FHA loans) require a property appraisal, similar to the initial Divvy inspection. We’ve included a preliminary list of mortgage inspection criteria below. We strongly recommend that you inspect your home for these items annually and place additional emphasis and focus on these items in the final year of your lease, maintaining things as needed. Remember, we assess these items during the original home inspection to minimize repair needs at buy-back. You will be responsible to complete repairs required in preparation for buyback purchase.
