What is the re-verification process once an offer is extended on a Divvy Home?
What is the re-verification process?
Divvy re-verifies the customer’s most recent income documentation once an offer on a property is made. This is one of the requirements of the home closing process the customer will need to fulfill. The purpose of this process is to ensure that the customer is still eligible for our program and their income has not changed since the initial approval.
The customer will need to submit their most recent income document(s) to their customer portal when requested by Divvy. Divvy will review the document(s) and complete the re-verification process.
Failure to submit the document or meet Divvy's eligibility requirements during this process may result in the termination of the offer.
