What is Divvy's Tiered Preferred Agent Program?

Divvy's Tiered Preferred Agent Program is an exclusive rewards system that was created to help grow your business, and show our appreciation for your dedication and hard work.

How do I join the program?

You are automatically enrolled in the program when you start working with Divvy.

What determines my status level?

Status levels will be evaluated annually and are based on the past year's performance. For example, whichever threshold you hit in 2021 determined your 2022 status - at the end of 2022 we will look at your full year's production and that will determine your 2023 status.

Will my status proactively update in 2022 as I meet the thresholds?

No, whatever status you receive in January 2022 will remain your status throughout the entirety of the year. As a reminder, this status is based on your 2021 performance with Divvy (what you achieved Jan 1st - Dec 31st 2021). You will start receiving your 2022 status benefits on January 1st, 2022 and will continue receiving them through December 31st, 2022.

What clients count towards the thresholds?

All clients who have signed up utilizing your referral link or email invite count towards the status’ minimum thresholds.

Can I earn both a Monthly Agent Promotion and a Status Benefit in the same month?

No, you will be awarded the larger of the two earnings in a month where you qualify for both a Monthly Agent Promotion and Status Benefit.

How long is my status valid for?

Your status is valid for 1 year. You will receive the benefits associated with your status level and the tier(s) below from January 1st through December 31st of that year.

How do I check my status?

Reach out to partners@divvyhomes.com and we will happily let you know your current status, and how you are tracking for the year.

How and when do I get paid?

The first week of every month, all qualifying agents from the month prior will receive an email with a google form requesting their brokerage's information (name, email address, address & W9) for payout. Once the agent's brokerage information is submitted to Divvy, payment should be distributed via ACH to your brokerage within 30 business days. In the unlikely case where you haven’t received payment in over 30 business days, please email invoices@divvyhomes.com and CC your agent success manager.

  • Atlanta agents your Account Manager is Jimmy on the Agent Success team.

  • Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Orlando, Miami and Tampa agents your Account Manager is Emily on the Agent Success team.

  • Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio agents your Account Manager is Marlen on the Agent Success team.

  • Cincinnati, Cleveland, Denver, Memphis, Minneapolis, Phoenix and St. Louis agents your Account Manager is Dan on the Agent Success team.

How do I collect my $500 Marketing Money?
