How do I join the program?
You are automatically enrolled in the program when you start working with Divvy.
What determines my eligibility?
Eligibility will be evaluated quarterly and is based on the past quarter’s performance. For example, if you invite an average of 7 pre-qualified customers per month in Q1 2023 (Jan 1st, 2023 - March 31st, 2023) you’ll receive the rewards the entire following quarter (April 1st, 2023 - June 30th, 2023).
What clients count towards the qualification threshold?
All clients who have signed up utilizing your referral link or email invite count towards the qualification threshold.
Which clients are eligible for the $1,000 rent credit?
Clients that you've invited to Divvy Homes that get an offer accepted during your eligibility window are eligible for the rent credit.
Which clients are not eligible for the $1,000 rent credit?
Divvy-assigned leads and clients that had an offer extended before your eligibility window or get an offer accepted after your eligibility window are not eligible for the rent credit.
How and when do my clients receive the $1,000 rent credit?
Once your client has signed the Occupancy Proposal, the offer has been accepted, and a closing date has been confirmed, a $1,000 credit will be applied to your customer’s first full month’s rent. The credit will be reflected in your client’s portal and will show as a credit off the full amount owed.
How long am I eligible for the Rewards Program?
You’re eligible for rewards the entire quarter following the quarter you became eligible. For example, if you invite an average of 7 pre-qualified customers per month in Q1 2023 (Jan 1st, 2023 - March 31st, 2023) you’ll receive the rewards the entire following quarter (April 1st, 2023 - June 30th, 2023).
How do I check how many clients I’ve gotten pre-qualified at any given time?

How do I collect my $250 Marketing Money?
Please fill out this form. Divvy will then reimburse you for $250. Payment will be distributed via bill.com.
