What happens if Divvy terminates on a home due to customer non-payment?
Termination results in ineligibility for Divvy and a loss of earnest funds
Any termination due to customer nonpayment has the following consequences:
- The customer will no longer be able to participate in the Divvy program
- The customer will lose their earnest funds.
