What happens if the initial payment is not paid in the home closing process?

If you fail to pay the initial payment required before closing, Divvy will terminate the offer on the home. 

Any termination due to customer nonpayment of required funds has the following consequences:

1. The customer will no longer be able to participate in the Divvy program.
2. The customer will lose the Earnest Deposit.
