I'd like to bid differently on my home - can I provide my input to Divvy?
We value your input to the purchase process and will never make an offer before you sign off on the price. Divvy has purchased hundreds of homes in your city and we lean heavily on data to inform the price we offer.
With that in mind, there are times when Divvy may decline to offer a price you suggest if it's not consistent with the pricing we think is appropriate. We've found it's important to respect the seller no matter what (even if their price expectations are out of sync with current market conditions).
We're operating with your best interests in mind!
