How do I submit a wire transfer to Divvy?
Divvy Homes will accept payment for earnest money, down payments, and rent via wire transfer. Wire transfers are useful for transactions where you need a quick turnaround – payment usually reaches us in 1-2 business days.
You can submit a wire at your bank branch in-person with a teller or online with many major banks (BofA, Chase, Wells Fargo, Navy Federal, Key Bank). In most cases, they will need the following information, which Divvy Homes can provide to you upon request.
- Recipient account name
- Recipient bank name
- Recipient account number and routing number
- Recipient business address
