Do I need to attend the Divvy Home Quality Evaluation?
We strongly encourage all customers to attend the Divvy Home Quality Evaluation. As the future owner of the home, it’s helpful to meet with Divvy team members and third-party vendor partners at the end of the evaluation, see the home through their perspective, and, if requested, learn critical features within the home, i.e. gas shut-offs, water shut-offs, HVAC filter locations for maintenance purposes, etc.
The general condition of the home, especially cosmetics, will ultimately be accepted by you during the final walk-through.
