How does Divvy Rentals work?
How will I pay for my monthly Divvy rent post-closing?
Your monthly rent payment will auto draw from the account you preauthorize in your lease agreement. If you do not provide account information in your lease, the payment will be withdrawn from the default payment method on file. You may set a different default payment method in your payment portal before the 1st of each month.
