In all of our markets besides Dallas, Divvy will forego inspections for QUALITY homes that have a year build date 2008-2021 and will be performing final walk throughs to confirm habitability instead. For homes in Dallas, we will also forego an inspection if the seller comes with a foundation clear inspection.
If required, Divvy performs and covers all costs related to your home inspection. After the inspection, Divvy will review the results of the inspection with you, and assuming there are no issues, we will move towards closing. Divvy reserves the right to cancel the home contract at any time. Reasons why we would cancel the home contract after an inspection include but are not limited to: structural faults, major system issues, termites, mold, compliance issues, and/or any other home issues which we deem, in our sole discretion, as impediments to purchasing the home.
